On Wednesday, October 24, Marcos Blanes ARB RIBA, Director of Rafael Viñoly Architects’ #London office, will speak at a special reception at the Sky Garden on the design of 20 Fenchurch Street. The reception is part of this year’s Institution of Civil Engineers Congress, which aims to mobilise the global engineering community to deliver the UN Sustainable Development goals and will be attended by delegates from over 75 countries from around the world.
