277 Fifth Avenue Construction Update

A recent photo by Tectonic Photo shows construction progress at 277 Fifth Ave, a Rafael Viñoly Architects-designed, 55-story residential tower in New York City’s NoMad neighborhood. The tower’s perimeter columns establish an alternating rhythm of vertical floor-to-ceiling windows that will frame views along multiple exposures and expansive interior walls. Residences will begin 100-feet above the city’s famed Fifth Avenue and each residence is a corner unit with dual exposures, providing natural light and bird’s-eye views of the street below, landmarks and the Hudson River.
